Designed by Attack in collaboration with Edmonton-based illustrator and graphic artist James Mackenzie, ‘Format Wars’ is a colourful assessment of the ongoing battle for music supremacy!

James Mackenzie

James Mackenzie graduated from the Alberta College of Art + Design in 2017 with a degree in Visual Communications Design and a focus on character design and illustration. He owns a bunch of tin toys that are almost certainly cursed with black magic and he is afraid to go to sleep with them in his room at night.

Some of his recent clients and collaborations include Vice, Attack Magazine, Avenue Magazine, Hop Culture and Domrebel.
