We pay great attention to the way that orders are packed, and we try our best to get your orders to you in perfect condition.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate and will be updated at checkout once you have updated your country in the cart pages.
We use Royal Mail and Hermes for UK next day delivery and UK 3-5 day service.
For EC and rest of the world we use DPD. Orders placed before 3pm GMT will leave our warehouse that day. Anything afterwards will be shipped the following working day.
UK customers can expect to receive their order within 2-3 working days unless they order with next day delivery.
EC and rest of the world customers can expect to receive their orders within 3-5 working days.
For untracked orders please note we are not liable for any missed deliveries. Untracked is the most cost effective option we can offer but we can not control the service. Customers can buy untracked shipping but it's at their own risk.
We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.
We offer a returns policy on all physical items returned in re-saleable condition within 14 days. Contact us through our support system or on email@example.com before you send any returns.

Please do not return items to us without contacting first, or we will not be able to trace where it has come from on arrival to us.
Please note we cannot accept returns of download products.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that we have received the returned item and we recommend that you use a signed for service. Please also include the invoice sent in your order as part of your return.
It is important that the items reach us with any labels attached and undamaged, unwashed and unworn for an exchange or refund (and within the 14 days stated above). Any returns which are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please allow 7 to 10 days for your refund to be processed.

We will do our best to replace any faulty item free of charge. Get in contact explaining what the problem is and we will promptly get back to you. We may require you to return the faulty item(s) or send us other evidence of the issue. You will be reimbursed for any return postage. Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first.

Unfortunately, there can be delays in the post that are beyond our control, particularly when shipping outside the UK. We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience this may cause.
We ask that you allow up to 14 days for UK customers and 28 days for outside of the UK, from the date of dispatch, before we assume an item has been lost in the post. If your order has not arrived by then please do let us know, Contact email@example.com
