Information about shipping with Attack Magazine


We take pride in our packaging, and have 20 years of experience shipping products worldwide. Wherever possible we use recycled materials.

We pay great attention to the way that orders are packed, and we try our best to get your orders to you in perfect condition.


Shipping is charged at a flat rate and will be updated at checkout once you have updated your country in the cart pages.

We use Royal Mail and DPD in the UK. We attempt to despatch same day or next day but these are guidelines only and in busy period, or periods with significant disruption such as Brexit or Covid 19, we will do the very best we can. 

For EC and rest of the world we use DPD or Royal Mail. 

UK customers can expect to receive their order within 1-2 working days on express and 2-3 days on standard. 

EC and rest of the world customers can expect to receive their orders within 3-5 working days.

For untracked orders please note we are not liable for any missed deliveries. Untracked is the most cost effective option we can offer but we can not control the service. Customers can buy untracked shipping but it's at their own risk. 

Postage Prices

We try to price our postage as cheap as we can and are always looking to find new ways to make it cheaper.

You will find a variety of tracked and non tracked services, depending on your location and the goods you are purchasing. Add an item to your cart to get a postage estimate. Once you have selected a full shipping address you can select from multiple shipping options. You postage will be calculated based upon the region you are in and the weight of the goods.


We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.

If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please get straight in touch via the contact form.

What do we need?

Please provide pictures of the packaging along with the item and also an image of the address label on the packaging We will do our best to replace any faulty item free of charge. Get in contact explaining what the problem is and we will promptly get back to you.

We may require you to return the faulty item(s) or send us other evidence of the issue. You will be reimbursed for any return postage. Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first.

Missing Packages

Unfortunately, there can be delays in the post that are beyond our control, particularly when shipping outside the UK. We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience this may cause.

We ask that you allow up to 14 days for UK customers and 28 days for outside of the UK, from the date of dispatch, before we assume an item has been lost in the post. If your order has not arrived by then please do let us know on the contact form.

We will also be sure to notify you if your order is returned to us for any reason.
