Within a few minutes of opening this book, I knew I hit the mother lode of information and tricks for electronic music production. You would have to watch thousands of hours of videos to find what the authors have captured here. Great product.

great for the elementary steps, recap and then some! (also, super great customer support!)
Before saying anything about the books, I have to make not of how great customer support is at Attack Mag.. fast, polite, helpful and with a sense of humour... something that really makes them shine, so thank you once again for all your amazing help so that I could loot these books ruthlessly! :)
I got both books to shine some light on mixing/mastering with some empty knowledge mugs to fill if anything else pops up... which obviously happened. TSoDMP will help you out with your electronic needs, while TPM will give you a generic studio/sound approach with a slightly stronger approach rooted in instrumental. also generic help on mixdown/mastering. Going through all these the know-how bits within, it's presented and illustrated well with a lot of scattered practical tips - and although illustrations and examples come from Ableton or Sylenth, all that knowledge is obviously translateable to other DAWs and VSTs, so no worries there!
One heartache I did have about the books is the only fact that neither of these amazing manuals is hardcover.. given their format and size a hardcover format would add a lot to both readability and presence but hey - this is just rambling. The know-how is solid and I love reading everything through to get a recap about stuff I read a long time ago but did not sink in well enough just yet.
If you need some good knowledge or recap or some practical ideas to turn up production a notch or two, go grab these babies!
