Where is my PDF?

The download link for digital products is in your order confirmation email. Look for the section titled “Download your digital products”.

Yes. Download links expire after three download attempts. We recommend right-clicking the file and selecting “Save to device”.

Can I use The Secrets of Dance Music Production with my DAW?

Yes. The book teaches techniques that apply across any DAW. It isn’t a walkthrough for one specific platform. All processes are transferable.

Where is my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact the courier first. The most common cause of delays is an incorrect or incomplete address.

Your tracking number is in your order confirmation email:

  • Royal Mail – contact your national postal service.
  • DPD – contact DPD in your country. We recommend the DPD app to manage queries and customs payments: Download the DPD app.

Where can I download the audio assets for The Secrets of Dance Music Production?

Pages 3 and 4 of the book contain the download link.

I can’t find the audio for pages 52–60 (“Beats Dissected”)

These files are located in Chapter 1: Drums and Beats > Beats Dissected.

Will I be charged again if I ordered the wrong item?

Yes. We need to charge to replace incorrect orders, but please contact us – we’ll do our best to help.

I bought from Amazon – can you help me?

Verified resellers fulfil Amazon orders. Please contact the reseller directly, as we cannot assist with Amazon orders.

Can I get a PDF version of The Secrets of Dance Music Production?

No. This title is only available in print. The only books available as PDF are listed on our site.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All products shown on our site are in stock. Our site updates in real time, but in rare cases, stock errors can occur. If that happens, we’ll email you and you won’t be charged.

How do I contact you?

Before contacting us about a missing parcel, please check your tracking link for updates. Often, you can resolve issues by contacting the courier directly.

To get in touch, please email us and include your order number. We’re a small team and will do our best to reply within 24–48 hours.

Please note: The store team cannot respond to PR enquiries from labels or publicists.

How do I know you’ve received my order?

  1. You’ll receive an immediate email confirmation listing the items and total cost.
  2. A second email within 24 hours confirming your order has been processed.

Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?

No. We dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but exact delivery dates are beyond our control.

Will I pay customs charges?

Customs fees and import charges are the customer’s responsibility. If unsure, contact your local postal or customs office before ordering.

If customs fees are refused at delivery, your order will be returned and shipping costs will not be refunded. Since January 2021, customs charges apply to EU orders.

Can I add items to an existing order?

We can’t add items once an order is placed as we dispatch quickly.

  • Place a new order (extra postage costs are usually small), or
  • Contact us immediately to cancel and replace your order (not guaranteed outside working hours).

What if I receive a faulty product?

We’ll replace faulty items free of charge. Contact us first – we’ll issue a returns number and reimburse return postage. Please don’t return items without contacting us.

What if my order is lost in transit?

All orders are insured. A replacement can be sent if your order hasn’t arrived after:

  • UK: 14 days from dispatch
  • Europe (excluding France & Italy): 28 days from dispatch
  • All other countries: 6 weeks from dispatch

Before we send a replacement, please check with your local delivery office to confirm the parcel isn’t awaiting collection.

What if my order is damaged in transit?

If your items arrive damaged, contact us promptly with:

  • Photos of the packaging and the item
  • A photo of the address label

We may ask you to return the item or provide more evidence. Return postage will be reimbursed.

Packaging

We have over 20 years’ experience shipping worldwide and use recycled materials wherever possible. Orders are packed with care to arrive in perfect condition.

Pre-orders

Pre-order dates are estimates and may change. We aim to ship on the projected release date and will update customers if delays occur.

Shipping methods & times

Shipping is charged at a flat rate and calculated at checkout after you enter your country.

UK (Royal Mail & DPD): Express 1–2 working days; Standard 2–3 working days.
EU & Rest of the World (Royal Mail & DPD): Estimated 3–5 working days.

We aim to dispatch the same or next working day, but this isn’t guaranteed.

Tracked vs Untracked shipping

Tracked shipping provides delivery updates and is recommended. Untracked shipping is cheaper, but at the customer’s own risk, as we can’t control the service.

Postage prices

Postage is based on your region and the order weight. You can view an estimate in your cart before checkout; multiple options may be available depending on your location and items.

  • Monday–Friday: 9am–5pm GMT
  • Saturday: 9am–1pm GMT

Missing packages

Please allow UK: 14 days and outside the UK: 28 days from dispatch. If your order hasn’t arrived by then, contact us. We’ll notify you if your order is returned to us.
